Shipping & Delivery
The shipping costs depend on your order value. Generally, we ship free of charge within Germany for orders over 40€.
If you order for less than 40€, you only pay a flat rate of 2.95€.
Normally the delivery time is 1-3 working days after shipping confirmation.
Due to seasonal factors, delivery times may be longer, e.g. on Christmas, Black Friday, etc., over which we unfortunately have no influence.
If you are waiting for your delivery, please first check the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation. If this has already passed, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
In addition, the tracking number is sent by email for every order. This way you can track the status of your shipment directly.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
If you order before 12:00 noon on working days, 95% of the time they will be shipped to you on the same day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Yes, after your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery online.
An order cannot be cancelled. However, you have the option of returning the order after receipt. Please note our cancellation policy.
Your postal number is part of your Packstation customer account. You can find it in your registration documents or in the Packstation service customer account.
DHL GoGreen is an environmentally friendly shipping program that compensates for the CO2 emissions generated during transport. When we use this service, it contributes to sustainable shipping practices.
To send to a Packstation, please enter your postal code and the Packstation number as the delivery address. Make sure that you are registered with the Packstation service.
